Ample car parking is available. On booking a session, policy and intake forms will be emailed to you. These forms need to be completed and returned prior to your session.
Fees and charges
Fees and charges may vary depending on the service being provided.
Currently the standard fee is $180 per 50 minute Medicare referred, private counselling session or clinical hypnosis.
Costs for couples counselling are $200 per session but as these services may include online assessment and feedback sessions, a minimum commitment of 3 sessions is required.
We require 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, which allows us enough time to offer your appointment to other clients. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Medicare and private health fund rebates do not apply for late cancellation or non-attendance fees. Unfortunately if you were unable to attend a session your appointment time may not be filled so the fees apply in line with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) guidelines.
Please note - the APS recommended fee is $280 per session so the fees above are considerably discounted.
Bulk billing may apply in limited circumstances with prior approval.
All fees and charges may be subject to future change.
In order to be eligible for the Medicare rebates, a valid mental health treatment plan must be provided prior to your session.
